James Hill
(Lighthouse Party)
James Hill, the newly elected Speaker of the Legislature for the 11th Congress is committed to service, he has delivered on many of the policies which he intended to bring about this term, and has maintained his consistent trend of effective and usable policy.
Imposing timescales for Civil Trials so that people can gain access to justice in a prompt manner and trimming the number of legislators from 5 to 3 so that every single person is in the spotlight and cannot shy away from their civic duties.
James hopes to bring about some final policies before the end of his term, being:
- To bring in a full overhaul to Intellectual Property, allowing for pieces of work to come into the Public Domain through a petition to the Courts;
- To finally bring in Power of Attorney documents and procedures for their filing;
- To provide new powers to the San Andreas Board of Medicine to regulate medical professionals; and
- To establish a framework for the formation of Private Psychology Practices.
His policies this coming term are:
- To redefine RICO to make it a charge that works properly and is capable of being readily applied by the Judiciary and to try and limit the scope of this charge to those people with control in the criminal organisation.
- Continuing his work with SAMS to bring about a new Psych regime to clear the process for the Police, Attorneys, Judges, and Psychologists;
- To re-designate Parsons as a optimised inpatient facility to help treat and support those who would not be fit for staying at Bolingbroke State Penitentiary; and
- To redefine RICO to make it a charge that works properly and is capable of being readily applied by the Judiciary and to try and limit the scope of this charge to those people with control in the criminal organisation.

(Independent)
Discussing myself might not be the most straightforward task, but my commitment to positively impacting the lives of those around me is unwavering. Running for state representative is another avenue to serve the community I care deeply about.
Since I arrived in Los Santos, I have thrown myself into community service, starting as an administrative assistant at the Rockford Police Department. This role not only allowed me to connect with people but also allowed me to manage critical tasks like gun licenses and provide support through FOIAs.
My dedication to helping others grew even further when I became a public defender. I recognized that this field desperately needed support, and I was eager to learn. With no prior legal experience, I dove in headfirst, and within six months, I took on the significant responsibility of leading a new department as one of only two public defenders.
I embraced the challenges and focused on creating a comprehensive training initiative that equipped our team with vital skills and fostered a collaborative environment. I made sure to leave no stone unturned before moving on to the Department of Human Services, where I will continue my mission of service
I am committed to working diligently and remain receptive to seeking
assistance when necessary. While I sometimes tackle challenges independently, I am grateful to have supportive individuals who help ensure I maintain a balanced approach.
No matter what happens in this election, my commitment to our community will always be my top priority because it inspires me. My heart is in this city, and I’m dedicated to doing everything I can to make it the best place it can be. I’ve learned to face challenges that once seemed daunting, and I’m proud to say I’ve overcome them. Together, we can continue to grow and improve our wonderful community. I used to be afraid of hurdles. But I got over it.

I provide a blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and a solid record of effective leadership as a committed advocate for our community.
I have the skills required to understand and fulfill the expectations of our constituents because of my experience in public service and my involvement in the community.
I understand a lot about difficulties, and I’m open to hearing from anyone who may have worries that I’m not yet aware of.
Integrity, teamwork, and solutions that promote constructive change are things I’m dedicated to.
I will make sure that all voices are heard and represented by listening to and responding to various points of view.
