One candidate is set to dominate the election playing field as San Andreas heads to the polls on Monday.

February Election Polling

Based on our election polling, James Hill would have a significant lead over all other candidates, with Representative Hill receiving a 57% of the first preferences in our polling. Next is Amara Fox-Vasquez, who would receiving a massive serve of voters from James Hill’s redistribution.

Our polling results, if replicated in February’s election would see James Hill re-elected, Amara Fox-Vazquez and Raphael Messi elected.

However if sharp changes in redistribution occur, especially from Fox-Vazquez primary voters, it could lead to a close race between Raphael Messi and John Corranado. In our polling, Messi and Corranado started on the same amount of votes, but Messi took the lead only because of preference flows from other successful candidates.

Support for Chuck Spadina is seemingly low amongst our polling, however, those less politically engaged have higher support for Spadina over other candidates, meaning if more people turn out then usual, there might be higher chances for Spadina when what our polling indicates.

The Governor and Legislature

The governors approval remains high and on average with the previous polling in his tenure. What remains to be seen is post the election, will his approval continue to remain the highest amongst all previous governors, or will something change?

Legislative approval has increased upon the back of activity from Representative James Hill’s bills. Its currently unclear if there has been any reaction to the Governors veto of the State Your Reason Act.
