The Executive Branch has concluded its original two week plan, and the Governor of San Andreas has shared some of the results of their early efforts. The new state animal for San Andreas is the cougar, also known as the mountain lion, and the new state flower is the red poppy.
Now that these symbols of the state have been determined, the Executive Branch is opening a competition to the citizens of San Andreas to help design the new state flag. The flag should represent the unique values of San Andreas, include either the state flower or state animal, and must adhere to a 2:1 ratio with an ideal size of 2048 x 1024 pixels. Submissions will be open until Nov. 17, and participants may submit up to three designs to the official submission form. The winner will receive a prize of $50,000.
Shout News has attached the full press release from the Executive Branch below, which shares more information on the contest, expectations for the flag, and how the winner will be chosen.
