Story Update: 11th of June, 2024
Ryyan Avery was found Guilty by Default and was sentenced to 340 months at Bolingbroke Penitentiary. He was deemed competent to stand trial and failed to respond to the charges after multiple attempts.
In news developing over the last couple of weeks, Former Governor Ryyan ‘RyRy’ Avery has been charged with a suite of criminal offences, ranging from attempted murder, assault and possession of explosives to drug possession and animal cruelty.
According to the police’s filing, the Former Governor allegedly attempted to sacrifice one person, and he allegedly stabbed at least four people when they attempted to stop him.
In a statement given to Shout News, Cooper Bergowitz, who was allegedly attacked by Ryyan, said he was lucky to be alive.
I’m lucky to be alive. I took four stab wounds that day somehow and I was the only one he hit left standing.

Bergowitz also recounted the ‘madness’ which took place, and the alleged acts of self defence needed to stop one person from being sacrificed.
After getting an urgent call from Merrick Woods, Gator Marlow and I drove up to the waterfall by the vineyard in the middle of the state near Zancudo. Ryry, Merrick, and Yennie. We arrived and Ryry cut the women’s hand while singing some kind of ancient battle song.
This didn’t seem to do what he needed it to do so he then said he was going to have to sacrifice Yennie. Merrick and I couldn’t stand by and watch this madness take place any longer, so we both started to go after Ryry. He had a knife and a blood lust, we had our fists and a thirst for justice.
Merrick made the first move after being goaded by me to do so. Ryry hit Merrick with his knife so I made a counter-attack and was also stabbed. Ryry started going solely after Merrick in the middle of our flurry of pistol fists. I was stabbed in my ribs, and back and a knick to my neck.
I was able to run away to a tree and perform first aid on myself for the time being. As I made my way back to where the cars were, famous actor Andrew Fischer, Merrick, Yennie, and Ryry all lay incapacitated on the ground.
Gator was able to beat Ryry with baseball bat and end the threat of madness. Rangers and Police showed up on scene and cleared the area for an ambulance driven by the one and only Kit Wright to come save the day. We were all brought to Pillbox and the police took our statements.

The Department of Justice, who are prosecuting the case, and Public Defenders representing the former governor declined to comment on the charges or the case at this time.
According to the submitted evidence, Ryyan Avery was allegedly arrested while carrying multiple weapons, including a knife, revolver and pistol. The police have also alleged the former governor was carrying Ecstasy, Cocaine, Weed, prescription medication and Magic Mushrooms.
Shout News also understands that the former governor was not issued bail and was being held in remand for a psychological evaluation, however Mr Avery has now been deemed competent and will stand trial.
According to the police testimony, Avery was upset with the fact that he was being taken to Bolingbroke Penitentiary instead of Parsons, allegedly saying:

As of the publication of this article, no plea has been entered pending a formal arraignment.
