Governors Approval

Governor Key’s approval has increased since two weeks ago, with a +4.7% change in approval to 34.3%.

This was a net-positive improvement with both declines in the amount of undecided and disapproving voters.

In this poll, respondents rated Governor Key’s performance a

5.14 / 10

This is an increase from the 5.09 / 10 reported two weeks ago. Still nowhere near the 5.8 / 10 reported pre-election last term.

Legislature Approval and Satisfaction

Legislative performance increased by 0.47% to

4.11 / 10

We've found that while there is still concern over this congress, the on-going special election has changed some minds and overall has been a net-positive towards legislative satisfaction.

The now withdrawn Checkpoints Bill also caused some distrust with the legislature. With some suggesting it was a overstep.

Will a new representative, elected by the people, bring more performance satisfaction to the legislature? Only time will tell.

Additional Questions

Satisfaction has improved across the measured government departments. However more people have cemented their position in being 'Very Unsatisfied' with Law Enforcement.

Most of that concern, based on commentary provided by those surveyed, seems to originate from recent news reports and personal experience.

We have now started measuring the satisfaction of the Department of Commerce and Labor.

Our survey also found that trust in Government had slightly increased from 13% to 22.9%. This is still an extraordinary low number. Just under a majority of people responded with "no."

In our policy questions, we found that most people didn't support the Checkpoints Act of 2024 and did support the requirement for police to identify.

While there was no majority consensus, 48.6% of respondents said that there is a need for hospital security.
