A recent case of courtroom carnage has further highlighted the issue of judicial security in the state of San Andreas. A month after the inciting events, Shout News can share the many stories of that raucous night. Samantha McFall-Sinclair and Ivan Sinclair-McFall were expected to meet each other on January 24th, 2024, at Occupation Courthouse, to discuss their divorce proceedings. When Samantha never arrived, the courtroom quickly filled with chatter as Chief Justice Kylian Clarkson declared the divorce adjourned until both parties could refile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time of the adjournment the plaintiff\u2019s father, Daniel McFall, along with a family friend, nicknamed \u2018Da General,\u2019 approached Ivan Sinclair-McFall to exchange a few words. What followed was nothing short of chaos as ‘Da General’ lifted up a water bottle, throwing its contents – later identified to have been acid – in the face of Sinclair-McFall. This escalated an all-out brawl as members of the court rose in defense for either the plaintiff or defense.
