The representative debates for the special election happened on July 11, with five out of the six candidates attending. Overall the debates ran smoothly as each candidate outlined their platform and responded to the questions asked by debate moderator and Shout News journalist, Becks Lawson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the debate had ended, some really critical and well thought commentary and discussion ensured on ‘Y’ with a number of candidates and citizens talking about the candidates on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My opinion on the debate so far is that the government in this state feels very clique oriented. Also they sat the right things but make an excuse as to why they won’t be able to achieve the things that the citizens want to see changed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

It does seem like when some of these candidates talk about their own actions and deeds it seems as though they are talking from an ivory tower and not that of someone who is willing to shoulder the weight of the job. These are HUGE red flags.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The James Hill & Bill Smith joint ticket has proposed a minimum service level requirement for the Department of Commerce and Labor and the San Andreas Flight Administration. This lead to a discussion during the debate, but also a response online from SAFA Chief Vladimir Petchenko, who objected to the idea and suggested it was unnecessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along side that, joined up working between pilots\/applicants, SAFA and the State to help eliviate the problems, such as a lack of EU minded check pilots. It’s about working together in the public relm, rather then the government board room.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
