Governor Bright-Starr has pled Not Guilty, and will be represented by Elisha Wesler of Bright-Starr and Associates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Governor Bright-Starr will be released on bail of $6400, and must not contact any witnesses involved in the case with the exception of one witness with whom she shares a residence. Shout News has learned that the charges stem from an incident at the Governor&#8217;s residential home. During the bail hearing, Wesler argued that Governor Bright-Starr has been targeted by several criminal groups, including the Whisperers, and as such she is under threat. A Major Crimes Department detective was able to confirm that there are investigations into potential threats on the Governor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the first time in San Andreas history that a sitting Governor has been arrested on a felony. If convicted, Governor Bright-Starr would be removed from office.
