The Power of Attorney is the legal authorisation for a designated person to make decisions about another person\u2019s property, finances, or medical care. Its a very serious process and something you should seek legal advice about before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authorisation process takes place over three steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advgb-list\"><ul class=\"advgblist-2b2fcb93-be75-4b43-82c7-aa56d7f322e3\">\n<li>Initiation of Request, by completing <a href=\"https:\/\/newdayrp.com\/form\/29\/select\">the application form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Hearing, when the application is approved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approval and Finalisation, upon a successful demonstration of understanding and agreement by both parties<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a small processing fee of $500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Judiciary is also reminding newly-weds and already married couples that they can pick up their physical marriage licenses.
